Fostering community spirit through service and events

About

Our History

To commemorate the service and sacrifice of the men and women of the district during the war 1939 – 1945 whose names appear on the plaque erected in the Memorial Hall, we maintain and run the Memorial Hall to provide facilities for the local community to encourage the provision of education, social welfare, recreation and leisure activities.

As a registered charity (Charity number: 220184) the hall survives solely on fund raising events whilst providing a valuable rural hub for the local community.

The Memorial Hall has successfully hosted a myriad of events, fostering community connections and providing a valuable space for local gatherings, performances, and celebrations since its establishment.

The hall is unique in the fact that it has a sprung dancefloor and a stage making it ideal for a host of different physical activities.

We proudly serve the Earlswood community and surrounding areas, promoting inclusivity and engagement through diverse events designed to bring residents together and honour our shared history.
